Individuals often experience doubt, frustration, fear, antipathy, anxiety, procrastination and other feelings around challenging tasks that may lie before them.  Ski Therapy Performance Enhancement can benefit clients seeking to improve public speaking or performance, social and dating experiences, athletic and academic performance, and on-the-job interactions such as requesting a raise.  Ski Therapy increases the client’s “felt” understanding of the mind-body connection and develops emotional regulation skills.  Deeper issues can be uncovered in this process and worked with.

½ day, full day, or multiple day sessions with one or two participants.
